International Youth Exchange
The International Youth Exchange program arranges and promotes youth exchange for inbound and outbound students, plans other events for students, and invites students to Rotary Meetings.
Every year, about 7,000 students ages 15 to 19 go abroad under the Rotary Youth Exchange program. Hosting a Rotary Youth Exchange student challenges the host family to become familiar with another culture. It provides the opportunity to share a youth student's hopes and ambition.

Youth Leadership Delaware
Youth Leadership Delaware County is a leadership development program that informs, motivates, and increases the awareness of selected high school juniors who are beginning to show leadership potential and an interest in the community. Students participate in issue-oriented sessions and interactive, hands-on experiences with community decision-makers. This 8-month-long program consists of one day-long session each month. Program topics typically include community diversity, ethics, health care, team building, the court system and volunteerism. The program is an investment in the community's future leadership.
